2nd grade – Christie Lacy – Houston kids Photography

Wow. I can’t believe this summer has come and gone. We’re back into gear with our routines,
homework and bedtimes!

Today was Darius’s first day of school. First day of 2nd grade! I can’t believe he’s already in 2nd GRADE!!!! He was so ready and so excited. He must have gotten out of bed 5 times last night to tell me one thing or another. I remember feeling the same way, well, at least through 8th grade, then I began to dread school.:)

Here’s my big guy this morning!


And yes! He even looked back for a split second to let me take a picture in front of all the big kids. *sigh* I love him. It will probably be the last time this happens:(

Robin - Oh he is growing soooo fast!! Great pics!! Its so quiet in our house with both girls at school. I almost cried, but then realized Shelby-Ann is only half day & she would be home soon :) Can you believe Tarryn-Jade is in 5th grade. That was the grade we were in when I met you!!

kari - wow, he is starting to look so much like Jerome! I wish I was that happy to go to school in the mornings! ;) Just kidding, unlike my students, D wants to be there! :) ha ha. Beautiful pics, sister! Love you!
