I woke up this morning to the calm before the storm, it seems. There’s a nice cool breeze in the air, but we know that won’t last long. I’m taking the kiddos out to play before it gets too bad. I’m praying for everyone’s safety and comfort, as well.

Hey ya’ll I just wanted to blog one last time that I’ll be heading to Dallas next weekend for a day of mini sessions on Saturday August 30th! I’ll be in the Frisco area and will be shooting at an outdoor location.
If you or someone you know would be interested in having a mini session done, contact me ASAP to get in! The cost will be $300 and will include prints. Can’t wait to see new faces!

Like so many of you, I’m torn between family time, work time, play time, drive time and more. I know there are so many things that I would love to do with my time, but I just don’t have enough of it! Well, I’ve come up with a way to help us both, at least where portraits are concerned 
This year (2008-2009) I’m introducing Portrait Events. What is it? you ask. Let me explain!
A Portrait Event is much like the home shows that we all go to, where we touch, learn and experience some of the items that we are interested in purchasing. A Portrait Event allows you to get a small taste of the Christie Lacy Photography Experience, with no obligation to purchase, no cost for the session!
There are certain requirements that must be met for the Event to take place. If you’re interested in gathering a few friends and their children for an opportunity for a mini-experience, call or email me to find out more information!
