Okay, It’s that time again! Time to start the Monday Madness sales! Yay!

That’s half off the regular price!! And the special gift to go with any events booked today or tomorrow is a pack of 50 personalized mini cards that can be used as thank yous, calling cards, note cards, etc! But wait! There’s more! If you or your guest have more than one child, pay only $20 per additional child and still receive an 8×10 along with the mini cards.

Phoenix Bound | Phoenix Area Children and Family Photographer

It’s still a few months off but I thought I’d put the word out now! I am heading to the Phoenix area in March and will be available for mini sessions on Monday, March 15 (and possibly March 16th) If you are interested in having a photography session with me or know someone who is, I am offering up Mini Sessions! The location and times are still in the air (and will likely be in the East Valley area), but if you book the session you will be notified of the location as soon as poossible!

Included in the mini session is a 20 minute session, 10 fully enhanced digital images for re-printing and 10 5×7 fine art gift prints of those images. The cost is $350 and is due at the time of booking. The deadline to schedule is March 1st and there are 6 sessions available, so contact me asap if you’re interested!

Introducing: Strength Sessions | Houston Family and Children’s Photographer

I have met so many wonderful people in the last year. Many of whom are going through some pretty hefty battles. I got to thinking that there has to be more out there. More people who are overcoming, who are fighting, who have awesome spirits, who have faith. And then I thought that I’d like to know them, to know their stories. I know you know them. I know that they are your mothers, your friends, your families. I would like to honor them with a Strength Session, a complimentary session + package focusing on these wonderful people (and if applicable, their families) and a way to document the strength that these wonderful souls have and the inspiration they have been.

So here’s where you come in. Think deeply about the people in your life, the people you’ve come across, the people you know at church or work. What cross have they been given? What battles have they been given? What have they had to overcome or go through? I need you to introduce me to them. Email me their stories, maybe a photo or two. Tell me about them, how they’ve affected your lives, why you are inspired by them and why you think they deserve to have a Strength Session. I’ll also need their contact info so that I can get in touch with them! Once I receivethe emails, I (along with a few friends) will look over the stories to introduce to you. Please email me these stories to strength@christielacy.com. The deadline is February 5th! So, start thinking!

I can’t wait to meet the people in your lives who’ve touched you!

While I plan to honor one person/family per quarter, you are welcomed to email me stories throughout the year. It is possible that someone affects me so much that I honor more than one person/family per quarter! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!

I have been so blessed this year. In business, life, and faith. This year has been a life-changing year for me for more than one reason. And now, it’s time to bless others who are in need. Tis the season for sharing and caring and that’s just what I’m going to do! Today, December 4 through December 15th I will be running a cans for comments campaign!

I really can’t tell you how hard I tried to fight it. With so many friends and fellow photographers doing it, I guess it really was only a matter of time. But I’m there now, getting used to it. And actually it’s kind of nice just sending out updates without any fluff! No, don’t worry Facebook Fans, I still have a love afair with Facebook and that won’t go away anytime soon But I plan to start using my Twitter account for promos.
