Houston Children and Family Photography


That is the only way I could describe this session! Mom picked the perfect outfits! Did they match? No way, but they coordinated! And if you know me, my philosophy has always been that we don’t match in real life (well, at least my family doesn’t all go out wearing matching shirts and pants, does yours? I don’t know if I have the time or energy to plan that…and also, why would I want us to look all matchy matchy? I mean, we all have unique personalities and styles! Andre for instance, loves his flame bandana that he got from his best friend’s birthday last year. he could wear that thing every day if I let him! And Juliana? Well, let’s just say there’s no way we could match with her and all of her princess garb!)so why should we in pictures? This mom and dad got it all right!

Dad bought this session as a gift to his wife for Christmas, it took us a while to work out our schedules but I’m so glad that we did. We traveled up to my favorite quaint little town and endured the heat. We had a bit of a mishap, but once Baby A recovered, things went smoothly! Hope you enjoyed your sneak peek G family! and thank you so much for sticking it out!

evie - Ooooh, Christie! These are AWESOME! I love how the colors just POP right out at you and just add to the sparkle and personality of the family! That shot of the youngest standing off to the side drinking out of her sippy cup really had me smiling! Great job!

Adrianne - What a super exciting family! I love how the baby is just off on her own, showing her independence. WTG, Dad, with the awesome Christmas gift.
